Additional Passport Pages
If your passport's visa pages are becoming full, but your passport is still valid and in good condition, you may apply for additional pages to be added to your passport. Only one set of extra pages (24 pages are in each set) can be added to your passport at a time, but if needed, and if your passport remains in good condition, you may have up to three sets of extra pages inserted into your passport. Once this limit is reached, you will need to apply for a passport renewal.
Application Requirements
Please submit the following in person or by courier:
- Your valid ten- or five-year passport;
- Passport form DS-4085: The instructions on this form are written for individuals applying for a passport within the United States. As applications are processed differently outside the United States, please ignore the submission instructions on pages one and two of this form.: Form DS-4085 must be printed on separate sheets of paper; do NOT print this form on front and back of the same sheet. - If applying for a child under the age of 14, you will also be required to follow additional instructions.
- Fees: No fee is charged for this service.

Please submit your passport application, along with all supporting documents listed above at our offices during our service hours:
Mon – Thurs: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Fri 8:00 to 10:00 am
Please note, we are closed except for emergency services on the last Thursday of each month.
