Please Note: In order to best serve our American citizens, we limit our American Citizen Services window to the American Citizen Services listed at left. Questions about visa cases involving non-American citizens may be addressed to drsiv@state.gov (for immigrant visa cases), and drsniv@state.gov.(for nonimmigrant visa cases).
Generally, we do not discuss nonimmigrant visa cases with third parties. Under United States immigration law, the applicant must establish his or her eligibility for a visa him or herself. No other party, including an Americans citizen, can arrange or request or sponsor or affect a nonimmigrant tourist visa.
